摘要：以沪宁城市带综合交通体系的战略思考为视点，分析长三角城市群特别是沪宁城市带综合交通体系特征、存在的问题与挑战，借鉴国外大城市群综合交通体系发展经验，提出本地区综合交通体系发展的基本方针和方向。这对提高长三角地区的整体竞争力，确保本地区经济社会和城市化持续稳定的健康发展具有重大战略意义。

A Strategic Perspective of Developing a Comprehensive Transportation System for the Shanghai-Nanjing Megalopolis

Abstract: From a strategic perspective of developing a comprehensive transportation system for the Shanghai-Nanjing megalopolis, this paper analyzes the characteristics, existing problems and challenges of the comprehensive transportation systems in cities within the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region, especially in Shanghai-Nanjing Megalopolis. Based on experiences gained from other metropolitan areas over the world, the paper further presents some fundamental principles as well as directions in developing comprehensive transportation systems in the area, which bears strategic significance in terms of improving the overall competitiveness of the YRD area, and ensuring a continuously healthy and sustainable development of the region's society and economy during its urbanization process.
