摘要：以分析居民区停车行为及制定合理的居民区停车收费价格为目标，通过对北京市典型居民区进行停车调查，在对居民区停车调查数据分析整理的基础上，着重分析了居民对于停车费接受意愿以及不同条件下的停车方式选择行为的特点。分析结果表明，通过调整停车收费价格可以使停车设施合理有效利用，这一结论对北京市居民区停车收费价格的制定具有参考价值。

Beijing Residential Parking Survey

Abstract: Aimed at understanding residential parking behaviors and formulating reasonable parking pricing in residential areas, and based on an analysis of existing residential parking situation surveyed within typical residential areas in Beijing, this paper focuses on revealing the residents' willingness to accept a parking charge within their neighborhoods, and the behavioral characteristics of choosing parking facility type under different conditions. The results indicate an effective and reasonable utilization of residential parking facilities achieved through adjusting parking fees. This finding sheds some light on residential parking pricing in Beijing.
