摘要：针对目前我国城市交通发展过程中面临的典型问题，从城市规划、交通结构、供需关系、交通系统结构、基础设施建设、信息化建设、区域一体化交通等方面深入分析总结了城市交通根本症结所在，并针对这些问题提出了城市空间结构布局与产业布局和配套功能设施布局同步调整、把握我国交通结构高弹性调整时机、合理制定公共交通发展目标和政策、差别化供给方式、挖掘既有交通基础设施、注重城市交通体系功能级配和资源配置、建立区域交通网络等对策建议。

Discussion on Urban Transportation Issues & Countermeasures

Abstract: In regards of typical issues existing in the urban transportation development process, this paper diagnoses the fundamental urban transportation problems from different aspects, including urban planning, traffic composition, demand-supply relation, transportation systems structure, infrastructure construction, information facilities construction, and integrated regional transportation. The paper then offers suggestions as solutions to these problems, including a concurrent adjustment of urban spatial structure, industry deployment, and functional supporting facilities planning, an understanding of the urban transportation systems structure that features an adjusting mechanism of high flexibility, a reasonable formulation of goals and policies for public transportation development, a differential supply pattern, a better utilization of the existing transportation infrastructure, an emphasis on functional classification of urban transportation systems and resources allocation, and the development of regional transportation network.
