摘要：探讨了新加坡交通警察局在管理道路过程 中采用的执法、合作和教育三种策略。介绍了“巡逻 队”和“事故调查与违法报告处”两个执法部门的职 责及采用的先进设备。分析了新加坡交通警察局的 合作伙伴如陆路交通管理局、汽车协会、媒体等机构 在道路管理方面发挥的积极作用。展示了新加坡开 展的各种道路礼仪教育活动，如公路安全宣传、反酒 后驾车运动等。通过三种策略的实施，新加坡道路 死亡率有所下降。

Singapore’s Experience in Promoting Road Safety and Mobility Management

Abstract：This paper introduces three strategies for road management, i.e., enforcement, corporation, and education, implemented by Traffic Police (TP) in Singapore, also included are the TP’s Patrol Unit and Investigation & Violation Reports Branch, as well as their responsibilities and advanced equipment. The paper then analyzes the positive roles played by the TPD’s partners, such as Land Transport Authority, auto association, and the media, and showcases various road and travel related events in courtesy education, for instance, road safety outreach, anti-drunken driving campaign. The implementation of the three strategies has led to a decline of road fatality in Singapore.
