摘要：对十一运会开幕式交通组织进行评述，可为后续相关大型活动交通组织提供借鉴。首先明确了开幕式交通组织在整个十一运会赛事交通组织工作中的地位和作用，分析在当前交通设施供给条件下开幕式交通组织面临的挑战。提出以公交为主导、以“谋划供给，干预需求，以供定需”为核心的交通组织策略，分析了这些策略的具体实施内容。最后，评析十一运会交通组织策略的实施效果，阐明开幕式交通在预定1 h内完成疏散任务，散场时临时区间公交线路使用比例达到46%且运营效率较高，90%的观众对交通服务质量感到满意。

A Review on Traffic Management of the 11th National Games Opening Ceremony

Abstract：Reviewing the performance of traffic management during the 11th National Games provides valuable lessons for future large special events' traffic management. By discussing the significance and functionalities of the traffic management of the Games' opening ceremony, this paper analyzes the traffic management challenges with the existing transportation facilities. Given the top priority to public transit services, the paper then proposes a traffic management strategy and its specific implementation tasks. The strategy emphasizes smart supply, traffic demand control and demand constrained supply. The performance evaluation of the traffic management strategy for the opening ceremony shows that all spectators evacuated within one hour as planed, the temporary bus routes effectively transported 46% total evacuation traffic, and 90% spectators surveyed are satisfactory with the transportation service.
