摘要： 因公共汽车站容量不足、防护设施缺失、距离交叉口过近等问题引发的安全事故日益增多， 开展公共汽车站安全运营评估以有效消除安全隐患迫在眉睫。从车站基础设施、安全配套设施、车 站空间布局三个方面将公共汽车站安全运营评估的内容划分为7 小类22 小项。结合对19 项相关标 准规范条款的梳理与分析，给出车站各要素的参考设计标准。依据标准评估公共汽车站存在的安全 隐患，并结合实施条件制定针对性的改善对策。最后，以深圳市东门中路公共汽车站安全改善工程 为例，分析改善实施策略议。

Operational Assessment of Bus Stops and Improvement Strategies: Taking Shenzhen as an Example

Abstract： Facing the growing number of accidents caused by insufficient capacity, lack of protective facilities and too-short distance from intersections, it is imperative to implement operational assessment of bus stops to eliminate potential risks. Considering infrastructure, supplementary safety facilities, and spatial layout of bus stops, this paper classifies the tasks of operational assessment into 22 items under 7 categories. By synthesizing and analyzing relevant items from 19 related standards and specifications, the paper presents recommended design criteria for different elements of bus stops. Targeting the potential risks at bus stops according to the developed criteria, the paper proposes customized improvement strategies under different implementation conditions. Finally, taking safety improvement of bus stops on Dongmenzhong Road in Shenzhen as an example, the paper discusses the improvement strategies.
