摘要： 大城市中商业综合体已经成为商业发展的主要方向，如何围绕其自身的交通需求构建方便、 高效的交通系统是其发展成败的重要因素。首先分析商业综合体以私人小汽车为主和以轨道交通为 主的两种典型模式。基于对天津市3 个成熟商业综合体进行调查，分析出行高峰时段、车流量与综 合体建筑规模的关系、客流来源区域分布、出行结构等特征。针对天津市商业综合体存在的交通问 题，提出建筑规模与周边交通条件相适应、与轨道交通车站之间设置便捷通道、发展步行和自行车 交通、出入口数量满足交通需求等交通策略。

Transportation Strategies for Commercial Complex in Large Metropolitans: A Case Study in Tianjin

Abstract： Commercial complex has becoming a development trend in large metropolitans. How to develop a convenient and effective transportation system based on the complex demands is a decisive factor for its success. This paper first discusses two typical transportation patterns of commercial complex, namely private car-based transportation and rail transit-based transportation. Based on the investigation of three mature commercial complexes in Tianjin, the paper analyzes peak hours, the relationship between traffic volumes and scale of the complex, spatial distribution of visitors' origin, and travel mode share. To solve the existing transportation problems at commercial complexes in Tianjin, the paper proposes transportation strategies in several aspects: matching land use with surrounding transportation supply, facilitating convenient connections between rail transit stations and the complexes, promoting pedestrian and bicycle transportation, and developing adequate number of entrances/exits to meet travel demands.
