大数据时代城市智能交通系统发展方向

摘要: 伴随大数据时代的到来,新技术与新思维必将引发城市交通学科的重大变革,首先是城市智 能交通领域。从交通系统的基本属性、交通大数据发展特征、城市交通发展的基本理念和战略出 发,深入剖析中国智能交通系统研发与应用存在的隐忧和倾向:高端智能决策支持欠缺、车联网技 术研发泛化、理论创新匮乏、系统建设依旧各自为政未形成合力等。强调城市智能交通系统的发展 必须服从城市交通发展战略的需要,充分利用大数据技术。最后,提出未来智能交通系统的发展方 向和系统建设任务。

Developing Trend of Intelligent Transportation Systems in the Era of Big Data

Abstract: With the advent of big data era, new technology and new ideas will certainly lead to a number of significant changes in urban transportation system, especially for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Focusing on the characteristics of transportation system and transportation big data, the concepts and strategies of urban transportation development, the paper discusses several potential and noticeable problems such as lack of high-level decision-making support system, overgeneralization of internet vehicle technology, insufficient innovations in transportation theory, ITS system construction without integration, and etc. The paper points out that ITS development should be line with urban development strategies and take a full advantage of big data technology. Finally, the paper outlines the development directions and key tasks in ITS development.
