摘要： 随着交通拥堵问题日益严重，越来越多的城市开展轨道交通规划设计建设工作，构建以轨道 交通为主体、多层次的公共交通系统。然而，在城市轨道交通线网规划过程中存在不同的编制深 度、方法及研究重点。结合深圳市及其他城市轨道交通规划设计建设经验，针对规划编制主体、功 能层次及技术标准、轨道交通线网规模、多线换乘枢纽、环线方案选择、过轨及越行、多种功能组 合等核心问题进行详细分析研究，提出规划过程中应重点考量的关键点及规划研究方向。最后，以 深圳市案例为实证分析，进一步阐述规划过程中应注意的问题。

Thoughts on Urban Rail Transit Network Planning

Abstract： Confronted with ever worsening traffic congestion problems, more and more cities are engaging the rail transit planning and construction in order to develop a multimodal public transportation system with the rail transit as the major platform. However, there are variations in the planning contents, methods and research focuses in urban rail transit planning. Based on the experience of the rail transit planning and construction in Shenzhen and other cities, this paper discusses several key issues such as the leading planning agency, functionalities and technical standards, scale of rail transit network, transfer terminal serving multiple-rail lines, selection of different proposed loop-lines, rail-line crossing and train-overtaking, combination of multiple service functionalities, and etc. The key principles in the planning and further research are also proposed. Finally, taking Shenzhen as an example, the paper points out the potential problems that need close attention during the planning.
