基于手机信令数据的中小城市区域联系及人口 研究

摘要: 新型城镇化背景下随着人口快速流动,中小城市在都市区城市网络的影响力增强,内外联系 与人口特征愈加复杂。主要依托手机信令数据,结合手机SDK数据,以江山市、青田县、海盐县 和宁海县四个中小城市为例,从省域、区域城市群、邻近区县和市域四个层面,提出通过人口交互 数测度城市内外联系特点的方法,并用于指导城市交通设施规划。依照三种分类人口(服务人口、 常住人口和外来务工人口)的人群划分,识别乡镇(街道)人群的数量结构及其时空分布特点,提出人 群空间分布与空间形态耦合分析的方法。研究发现,中小城市具有许多共性特点,其区域联系的布 局更趋于扁平化,城市内部联系有明显轴向性,中心城区人口向心力明显,特色产业乡镇吸引特定 人群。

Regional Connections and Demographic Characteristics of Small-Medium Cities Based on Cellular Signaling Data

Abstract: With the huge travel demand of population in new urbanization, the influence of small-medium cities in urban network of metropolitan areas is enhanced, and the internal and external connections and their demographic characteristics become increasingly complex. Based on the cellular signaling data and SDK data, this paper takes the four small-medium cities of Jiangshan City, Qingtian County, Haiyan County and Ninghai County as examples, and proposes a method to measure the internal and external connections characteristics of cities through the population interaction number from the four levels of province, regional urban clusters, adjacent districts and counties, and metropolitan, which can be used to guide urban transportation facilities planning. By dividing the population into three types of population (serving population, permanent residents and migrant workers), the paper proposes a method for population spatial distribution and spatial morphology through analyzing the quantitative structure and the spatial- temporal distribution characteristics of populations in township and urban subdistricts. The results show that small-medium cities have many characteristics in common, such as the layout of regional connections tends to be flat, the internal links of cities have obvious axial, the centripetal force of population in central urban area is obvious, and the characteristic industrial towns attract specific groups.
