摘要：为解决深圳市路内停车泊位的规划建设问题，分析了深圳市路内停车泊位的现状及存在的问题。总结了欧美、日本对路内停车泊位进行需求管理的经验，以及香港、台湾、广州市停车泊位设置的具体做法。最后，对深圳市路内停车泊位的设置提出了4点建议，即明确功能定位、统一规划建设、实施差别收费、理顺管理机制。

Designing On-street Parking Space in Shenzhen

Abstract：This paper discusses the current situation and the existing issues pertaining to on-street parking spaces in the City of Shenzhen, so as to tackle related problems facing the city. Through an overview of the experiences in parking demand management obtained from European countries, USA, and Japan, and the practical approaches in design of on-street parking spaces used in areas like Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Guangzhou, the paper suggests that, while adding more spaces to on-street parking in Shenzhen, 4 aspects be taken into account, i.e., a clear goal and functionality, a unified design and implementation, a differential parking pricing, a streamlined management mechanism.
