摘要：对我国小城镇道路交通特点、存在问题和基本功能进行了分析，从满足交通运输、道路网走向、人居环境、景观、地面排水、工程管线布置等方面的要求进行了详细论述，提出我国小城镇道路交通规划优化的基本要求。对我国小城镇道路交通规划的优化具有借鉴意义。

The Optimization Foundation of Road Traffic Planning of Small Cities and Towns in China

Abstract: Basing on the analysis of features, existing problems and fundamental functions of road traffic of small cities and towns in China, this paper brings forward the basic optimization requirement of road traffic planning of small cities and towns. At the same time, it goes into particulars the requirements of transport, road network layout, human settlement environment, landscape, floor water drainage and engineering pipeline laying. This paper is used for reference to the optimization foundation of roadway traffic planning of small cities and towns in China.
