基于泊位共享的停车需求预测

摘要:常用的停车产生率模型存在局限性,对于混合土地利用模式可能高估停车需求。为解决这一问题,对建筑物停车泊位共享进行研究。以停车泊位共享理论为基础,提出混合土地利用模式下基于泊位共享的停车需求预测模型及方法。将泊位共享理论应用于无锡市某地块,结果表明,按照基于泊位共享的停车需求预测方法计算,高峰停车需求总量减少20%,项目设计的机动车停车泊位可以满足要求。因此,实行泊位共享可以降低建筑物停车配建规模,减少总停车泊位建设成本,节约社会资源。

Parking Demand Forecasting Based on Parking Space Sharing

Abstract:Conventional parking demand generation model is limited in that the parking demand is likely overestimated in the case of a mixed land-use. In order to address the issue, this study looks into innovations of parking space sharing at parking lots accommodated for mixed-use buildings. Based on parking sharing theories, this paper presents a parking demand forecasting model and method given mixed land-uses. An application of the parking sharing theory to a land-use project in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, shows that the total parking demand drops 20% if determined by the parking sharing forecasting model, resulting in a designed number of vehicular parking spaces that meets the need of the project. Therefore, parking sharing could reduce the total parking spaces needed for mixed-use buildings, and leads to a lower construction cost and a higher resource saving.
