摘要: 城市信息模型(CIM)在GIS 基础上融合三维物理空间数据、物联网(IoT)数据和出行活动数据 于一体,为推进数字化交通规划设计提供了全新思路。以深研云(SuTPC)平台为例,探讨基于CIM 平台构建数字化交通规划设计平台的技术路径。以城市交通大数据和三维空间数据为基础底座,整 合交通规划设计方案图层与汇报成果,使方案得以立体呈现于一个高聚合的云平台中。SuTPC平台 实现了交通规划设计方案可视化表达和汇报,支持多用户视角开展成果协同会商,快速甄别影响敏 感区域的交通指标,优化交通规划设计成果的决策流程。深圳、广州等城市重点项目案例的实践表 明,该平台可有效提升规划设计人员的成果表达和方案汇报水平、提高交通规划设计方案会商的科 学决策效率案测试。

CIM Platform- Based Digitalized Transportation Planning and Design: A Case Study of SuTPC Platform

Abstract: The City Information Modeling (CIM), on the basis of GIS, integrates three- dimensional physical spatial data, Internet of Things (IoT) data, and travel activity data to provide a new concept that facilitates digitalized transportation planning and design. Taking SuTPC platform as an example, this paper proposes a technical path to develop digitalized transportation planning and design platform using a CIM platform. Based on urban transportation big data and three-dimensional spatial data, transportation planning and design layers and reporting results are incorporated to stereoscopically display the schemes on a highly aggregated cloud platform. The visualized presentation and reporting of transportation planning and design schemes can be realized in the SuTPC platform. Collaborative consultation of results from multi-user perspectives is also supported, while transportation influence indicators in sensitive areas can be rapidly identified to improve the decision-making process of transportation planning and design. The practical cases of major projects in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and other cities has shown that the platform can effectively improve the result presentation and scheme reporting of planners and designers, and enhance the efficiency of scientific decision-making in transportation planning and design scheme consultation.
