摘要: 数字交通是建设中国式现代化交通体系的重要手段,当前广东省数字交通发展迎来关键窗口 期,亟须超前谋划制定数字交通发展的重大战略和关键任务。回顾广东省数字交通发展成效,从理 念、模式、体系、服务、机制5 个视角提出广东省数字交通发展总体构建思路:重塑设施数字化理 念,突破单一公路智慧化模式,筑牢信息化设施底座,打造区域一站式出行服务,驱动体制与机制 协同化。围绕数据链主线,以业务为引领,从发展目标、总体框架、规划任务和行动计划4 个方面 提出广东省数字交通发展总体规划,明确数字交通发展重点领域和重大行动计划,支撑广东省交通 运输行业的全链条数字化转型升级。

Conceptual Development Plan of Digital Transportation in Guangdong Province

Abstract: Digital transportation is a crucial component in building a uniquely modernized transportation system in China. Guangdong Province is at a pivotal moment for the digital transportation development, requiring proactive planning to establish strategic directions and key tasks. Based on a review of Guangdong's achievements in digital transportation, this paper outlines a comprehensive conceptual framework from five perspectives regarding concept, model, system, service, and mechanism: redefining the concept of infrastructure digitalization, expanding beyond a singular smart highway model, strengthening the foundation of information-based infrastructure, creating one-stop regional travel services, and promoting the coordination of institutional and systemic mechanism. Focusing on the“data chain”and guided by business development, the paper presents an overall plan for digital transportation development in Guangdong, including development goals, general framework, planning tasks, and action plans. The plan identifies key areas and major actions of digital transportation development to support the full-chain digital transformation and upgrade of Guangdong's transportation industry.
