城市轨道交通网络对公共交通可达性与社会公平性的影响研究动态

摘要: 选取来自国际学术期刊的论文,以概述形式对城市交通理论方法、实证分析等学术研究成果 进行总结性介绍,旨在增强城市交通业界和学界对国际学术动向和研究热点的关注,促进学术交 流。《城市轨道交通网络对公共交通可达性与社会公平性的影响——以西安都市圈为例》一文以西 安都市区为例,针对城市轨道交通网络对公共交通可达性与社会公平性的影响,创新地将出行时间 与票价成本共同纳入评估框架,并采用出行成本加权可达性模型进行分析。结果发现,城市轨道交 通系统整体上显著提升了区域可达性,促进了城市群融合发展。然而,这种效益分布不均:空间 上,可达性提升集中于城市轨道交通车站周边区域,反而加剧了中心城区与郊区的空间不平等;社 会层面,高收入群体因多居住于城市轨道交通便利区域,获益远高于可达性本就较低的低收入群 体,导致垂直公平性恶化。

Academic Dynamics on How Urban Rail Transit Network Affects Transit Accessibility and Social Equity

Abstract: The paper “The Impact of Metro Networks on Transport Accessibility and Equity: A Case Study of the Xi'an Metropolitan Area”takes the Xi'an metropolitan area as an example to explore the effects of urban rail transit network on transit accessibility and social equity. It innovatively incorporates both travel time and fare costs into the evaluation framework and applies a travel cost-weighted accessibility model for analysis. The results reveal that urban rail transit network significantly enhances regional accessibility and promotes the integrated development of the urban agglomerations. However, these benefits are unevenly distributed: spatially, the improvement in accessibility is concentrated around urban rail transit stations, which instead exacerbates inequalities between the central area and peripheral areas; socially, high-income groups, who predominately reside in urban rail transit-accessible areas, benefit far more than low-income groups with inherently lower accessibility, leading to a decline in vertical equity.
