人工智能与交通运输融合发展——范式变革及策略研究

摘要: 人工智能技术是驱动行业转型、产业升级和社会变革的新引擎,已成为全球大国科技创新博 弈和战略竞争的核心焦点。通过系统梳理人工智能技术发展的4 个阶段演进趋势与典型特征,指出 数据与模型是实现人工智能技术跃迁的关键突破口。深度解析人工智能催生的交通运输各领域范式 变革,围绕关键技术和典型应用场景,明确人工智能与交通运输的融合发展路径。最后,从基础设 施、载运装备、行业治理和运输服务4 个维度提出前瞻可行的发展策略,为“人工智能+交通运 输”的高质量创新发展提供参考。

A Study on the Integrated Development of Artificial Intelligence and Transportation: Paradigm Transformation and Strategies

Abstract: Artificial intelligence (AI) technology has emerged as a new driving force for industrial transformation, sector upgrading, and social change, and it has become a central focus of global technological competition among major countries. By systematically reviewing the four stages of the development of AI and their defining characteristics, this paper identifies data and models as the critical factors for achieving breakthroughs in AI technology. The paper further analyzes the paradigm transformations in various fields of transportation brought by AI. Focusing on key technologies and typical application scenarios, it clarifies the pathway for the integrated development of AI and transportation. Finally, from four dimensions, namely infrastructure, transportation equipment, industry governance, and transport services, this paper proposes forward-looking and feasible development strategies, providing a reference for the high-quality development of "AI + transportation".
