| 站城融合导向下超大城市综合客运枢纽体系优化——以上海市为例

摘要: 综合客运枢纽是连接城市内外交通的关键节点,也是串联城市经济要素的核心纽带。在区域 一体化、都市圈空间协同推进及多层次轨道交通网络快速发展的背景下,推动站城融合已成为促进 综合客运枢纽与城市功能高质量互动与协同发展的普遍共识。基于超大城市综合客运枢纽体系与城 市功能的整体协同关系,尝试分层次拓展站城融合理念的理论内涵。以上海市为例,从时间和空间 维度分析既有客运枢纽体系在功能耦合、用地协同及交通衔接等方面的特征与问题,提出了面向站 城融合的客运枢纽体系与城市功能协同的具体思路。构建了以网络化支撑、多中心耦合、均衡性布 局为特征的综合客运枢纽体系框架,并通过分类引导策略,提升站城融合的整体实施效能。

Optimization of Comprehensive Passenger Transportation Hub System in Megacities Under a Station-City Integration Orientation: A Case Study of Shanghai

Abstract: Comprehensive passenger transportation hubs serve as critical nodes linking intra- and inter-city transportation systems, as well as key connectors integrating urban economic elements. Against the backdrop of regional integration, coordinated spatial development within metropolitan areas, and the rapid development of multi-tier rail transit networks, promoting station-city integration has become a common consensus in achieving high- quality interaction and coordinated development between passenger transportation hubs and urban functions. Based on the overall synergistic relationship between passenger transportation hub system and urban functions in megacities, this paper expands the theoretical connotations of station- city integration in a hierarchical manner. Taking Shanghai as a case study, the paper analyzes the characteristics and challenges of the existing passenger transportation hub system from both temporal and spatial dimensions, focusing on functional coupling, land-use coordination, and transportation connectivity. It proposes a coordinated development approach aligning passenger transportation hub system with urban functions under a station-city integration paradigm, and establishes a framework for comprehensive passenger transportation hub system, characterized by network- based support, multi- center coupling, and balanced spatial distribution. Finally, the paper adopts differentiated guidance strategies to enhance the overall implementation effectiveness of station-city integration.
