大都市周边景区依托型乡村群公路游径系统发展策略

摘要: 在乡村振兴新阶段,公路游径系统依托交通廊道的集聚效应与服务节点的引擎作用,通过促 进要素流动与互通,可推动大都市周边景区依托型乡村群的产业协同发展,并实现乡村资源的可持 续利用。从要素流动、产业协同发展与资源可持续利用3 个维度,阐释公路游径系统引导乡村群发 展的内在机制。在此基础上,提出公路游径系统的发展策略:构建内畅外联的公路游径网络,实现 乡村群、景区与城市间要素的高效流通;打造景村融合、村村联动的服务节点,激活乡村内生发展 动力;制定保护乡土特色风貌的建设标准,以在生态文化保护与适度开发之间寻求平衡;策划活化 利用乡村资源的特色线路,将公路游径转化为具有吸引力的旅游产品。以广州市凤凰山美丽乡村群 为例的实证研究表明,基于公路游径系统构建的“城市辐射—景区引流—乡村增值—整体发展”良 性循环模式,为大都市周边景区依托型乡村群的可持续发展提供了可复制的实践路径。

Development Strategies for Road Tourism Route Systems in Scenic Area-Dependent Rural Clusters Near Metropolitan Areas

Abstract: In the new phase of rural revitalization, road tourism route systems can promote the coordinated industrial development of scenic area-dependent rural clusters near metropolitan areas. By leveraging the agglomeration effects of transportation corridors and the catalytic role of service nodes, these systems facilitate the flow and interconnection of development factors, thereby achieving the sustainable use of rural resources. This paper elucidates the intrinsic mechanisms by which road tourism systems guide the development of rural clusters from three dimensions: the flow of development factors, coordinated industrial development, and the sustainable use of resources. Based on this analysis, the following development strategies for road tourism systems are proposed: constructing a road network that is internally well-connected and externally linked to facilitate the efficient flow of development factors among rural clusters, scenic areas, and cities; creating service nodes that integrate scenic areas with villages and foster inter-village collaboration to activate the endogenous rural development momentum; formulating construction standards to preserve local architectural character, thereby striking a balance between ecological and cultural conservation and moderate development; and designing distinctive routes that revitalize and utilize rural resources, transforming road and trail systems into attractive tourism products. Empirical research using the Fenghuangshan Beautiful Rural Cluster in Guangzhou as a case study demonstrates that the virtuous cycle model of “urban radiation—scenic area traffic diversion—rural value enhancement—holistic development” provides a replicable practical pathway for the sustainable development of scenic area-dependent rural clusters near metropolitan areas.
