区域性全天候步行系统规划方法——以深圳市罗湖金三角为例

摘要:全天候步行系统的建设在拓展片区步行空间、改善道路交通瓶颈、提高居民生活品质等方面具有很强的推动力。首先介绍了全天候步行系统的概念以及高架、地面、地下三种形式。以东京、香港、新加坡实践案例为基础,探讨全天候步行系统的发展模式与功能应用,并从区域特征、客流特征和客流规模三方面定量分析系统设置条件。以深圳市罗湖金三角片区为例探讨全天候步行系统规划实践,提出构建以串联人民南、东门、宝安南三大片区的高架系统为主轴、地面系统为补充的全天候步行系统。并以规划目标及策略为基础,详细阐述了高架步行系统和地面步行系统的规划布局,并提出总体行动计划。

System Planning for Regional All-Weather Pedestrian Facilities: A Case Study of Golden Triangle Area in Luohu District, Shenzhen

Abstract:All-weather pedestrian facilities can strongly expand area-wide pedestrian space, improve traffic flow at bottlenecks and enhance the quality of residence life. This paper first introduces the concept of all-weather pedestrian system and three all-weather facility types, elevated, ground and underground system. Based on the practice in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Singapore, the paper discusses the development patterns and functional capability of all-weather pedestrian system, as well as the installation conditions through quantitatively analyzing the regional characteristics, pedestrian characteristics and pedestrian flow volume. Taking the planning practice in Golden Triangle Area of Guohu, Shenzhen as an example, the paper proposes an all-weather pedestrian system that selects the elevated facility as main facility type of the system and ground facility as auxiliary facility type of the system to connect Renmin South, Dongmen, and Baoan South areas. Based on the planning objectives and strategies, the paper illustrates the elevated and ground pedestrian system planning, as well as general action plans.
